braziliangirl 72 Posted May 31, 2013 Hi guys! I keep wondering if i should eat my greek yogurt before or after a solid food? I'm afraid is going to wash down like liquids does. Like now, i couldnt eat my omelet (woke up crapy this morning, gagged even to brush my teeth) so after i few bites i dont feel like eating more, maybe a yogurt could make me feel better, but again, i dont to wash what i already ate down..
