I've lost to date since Nov '12 - 77 lbs, has been the result of a lot of hard work as well because I have yet to ever be in the green zone. As I tend to feel I'm getting close to it I end up losing enough fat around the stomach that it becomes super loose again. But hey, as long as I'm losing and it's still helping I have ZERO complaints!

I was banded May 18, 2011. I lost 115 pounds in a year and a half. This year I started running, upped my weights at the gym, and had 1 cc of Fluid removed about 6 weeks ago. Since January, I have gained 15 pounds back. But, I can live with that! I am still much better off than I was!!
