I feel like I can do it, just afraid to do something wrong. I just know that once I start jogging, the weight will really fall off. Getting anxious.

Do it with a friend - no matter what type of exercise you do :] Mall walking is a fun one though! Aka speed window shopping haha! That's how I got prepared to walk around Disneyworld.
