suzzie33 37 Posted May 28, 2013 I am confused ! I see people that say no more then one cup of food ! If I only eat 1 cup I am not full !! So i guess I may need a fill ! Plus I am getting hungry between meals. I also need help with some new ideas for breakfasts and lunches. !! And how much is everyone excersise ? I need to get refocused ! About 25 to goal.
