anyone know of a good milk free protein drink?

HI all, I used to drink the Protein Shakes from costco but unfortunaly they have milk and I just found out I need to say away from it, I can do soy though. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I use to drink Silk soy but it has too many carbs and sugar for banders, but if your trying to avoid MILK based products they also have Pea Protein

I use musle milk and it is milk free, also you can try mixing a Protein Powder with almond milk or the soy milks they have at the stores or ask someone at a Vitamin store it they have lactose free Protein powders or lactose free Protein Drinks.< /p>

The pea Protein is pretty good....I used to drink it. There is also egg white Protein Powder, which is also another good alternative. Here is a link to the website, but you can pick it up in most any health food store.

I believe GNC 's Lean shakes are milk free.. they are good and muscle milk also..
