I bet I get an unfill next week, grrr and I'm in the green zone.

I have to have a colonoscopy soon, have a consultation June 11th and then I will schedule it, having probs and also looking for cancer since my brother is battling colon cancer right now and the kind of cancer he has is hereditary and I was told to get ck'd out and since I'm having probs well, now is the time. I see my lap band surgeon June 6th and I bet he will want to do an unfill, so not looking forward to that since I'm in a green zone or happy place with my band. Just now got back up to 5.5cc's in my band and feel great from my gallbladder surgery and big unfill back in December.

I'm sorry to hear this! I spent the night in er due to Gb pain so I can relate to that you seem to be very successful! Mind over matter until u get filled again. Just keep doing everything the same as if u were filled. U got this. Good luck girl;)

Maybe not, best wishes tho'. I am not sure that having a colonoscopy will warrant a unfill. Make sure that you ask at your apt next week. I am glad to see that you are at green now! Karen

I don't see why they'd unfill you for a colonoscopy. It has nothing to do with your stomach and it's a very minor procedure. Heck, I didn't even have mine unfilled for gallbladder removal or a tummy tuck/hernia repair/skin removal.

Remember Health first. With your success you can get back on track after you are sure your health is good!!! Good Luck

I have had gallbladder surgery and an egd with no unfill. I didn't have a whole lot in my band at the time though.

You should be fine with the fill in. Colonoscopy does not go that far! LOL!
