Hello everyone had my first post op appointment today. The Dr said I could eat my Protein and not drink it. I was so excited finally food but I am so careful when I eat. I do not want to get sick. Anyway have been on a liquid diet for 18 days and have lost 15lbs so far. On my way to a better life. Hope everyone is having a great day:)
