Terry Poperszky 2,784 Posted May 26, 2013 Inspired by you guys. Did 12.5 miles in one hour on the local trails today. Haven't had this much fun biking in 7 years! Told you the first 5 were the hardest. I am impressed, good work. 2 catfish87 and pgkpjs reacted to this
healthy and happy 64 Posted May 26, 2013 Good Morning Terry! I am with you. I love biking. Its not exercize to me either. Thats just an added benefit! A few years ago, my sister and I rode our bikes from Emporia, va to Williamsburg. 80 mile trip. It was great. Today I plan on riding my bike from my house to the lake. Beautiful 35 mile trip. Everybody needs to find something that they enjoy to get them moving. Then you will stick with it instead of dreading exercize. I do still go to the gym too but my favorite cardio is riding the bike and swimming. Happy trails to you! 1 Terry Poperszky reacted to this
