tryingtolose24 45 Posted May 23, 2013 Hello everyone! I just started with a personal trainer. I do 2 days/ week of strength training and 3 more days /week of cardio (2 days off). I am SOOOOOOOOOO sore from the strength training. Not kidding. It is hard to walk. I know, I know; this will get better in time. But any suggestions for relief would be fantastic.
