herestoanewlife 28 Posted May 22, 2013 I am nervous!! I just did my blood work and have my appointment with the nutritionist and psychologist this week. I am hoping this will give me a new start at life and I can be a positive healthy role model for my daughter. Just wondering how quickly do you see weight loss? Plus any suggestions on how to make post op an easy transition? I am hoping for an early June surgery date
CHEZNOEL 4,061 Posted May 22, 2013 You can do it. The rate of weight loss varies a lot. Just follow your doctor's orders, no cheating and you will lose. The process is a lifestyle change, so be prepared for the long haul. There are no magic pills.... we have all been through it and it takes work. BUT... it is so worth it! Best wishes to you! 1 stept04 reacted to this
