If i try 4 bottles Ive done what I should

Me and Water has never been friends. I know if I want results I have to drink it but does it has to be clear to do its best work. I can spice it up with the little 5 calorie kool aid Or do you have any other ideas

i use crystal light peach ice tea

i also use the walmart/target brands of the same thing

i am never without it....

Mio... I have no fewer than 5 different flavors in my cupboard or at my desk. There are also similar products from other brands. All zero calories.

I use the ocean spray to go packets no calories, no sugar or I have learned to like Water and sometime I just need the caffenine so I do tea with no sugar and a little lemon juice so that helps since I used to drink two 2 liters of Dr. Pepper by myself, I had to adjust but still noooo carbonated drinks but I do carry the ocean spray packets for my water bottles so that's what I do or I have my musle milk just for at least one Meal Replacement.< /p>

I have crystal light and the Walmart brand drink mixes every where. I keep several flavors so I never get tired of just one. I do drink plain Water too but, I am not a big fan. I even keep the crystal light packs in my purse so that no matter where I am, I mix up a bottle!

I use the liquid flavors like Mio or Walmarts brand. Mix them all for variety! I never was a Water drinker before WLS. I keep a pitcher of Crystal Light lemonade in the frig and when I pour a glass I add a squirt of another flavor to change it up - like peach tea, strawberry watermelon, etc.

I was never a Water drinker before WLS.

I only drink flavoured Water. I like Nestle Pure Splash Orange or Peach.

I drink 4 bottles per day. 500 mL each.

I also drink 2 coffees per day and 1 tea (all medium size).

In the warmer weather I drink maybe 2 extra water. I've had no issues at all and it works for me and my weight loss has been great.

I drink Water with a slice of lemon and a sweet and low. Don't care for water either but it helps.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
