bubba831 17 Posted May 19, 2013 Hi all just would like to know if any one experiences band tightening after exercise ? I have been going for nice long walk and then for 1-2 days after have pain in my band and find it a little hard yo get down any thing but liquids . My band is fine other wise I want to start doing more intense work outs or should I wait I'm 7 .6 weeks post op . jessasmile 3 Posted May 21, 2013 The,pain in your band could be scar tissue. Mine popped/ripped finally throwing basketballs at practice and then it didn't bother me anymore.
