gurgling /shifting stomach????

I am post op day 6. I just had a some egg drop Soup and about 3 to 4 teaspoonfuls of Greek yogurt. About 10 minutes after eating I went upstairs and sat down on the couch. When I did I experienced a shift or heavy gurgle in my port area. It didn't hurt. Nor was it uncomfortable but I had not experienced that sensation before. When I shifted positions on the couch moments later, it happened again. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned? Could I have caused a slippage?

Okaaaaaay, now just a little discomfort? Maybe? Or tender. But I was tender anyway. Idk..... Maybe I'm freaking over nothing.

The gurgling you are experiencing is totally normal. You will hear all sorts of noises from your tummy as you heal and after eating & drinking. If it becomes painful, you should contact your doctor but it sounds normal to me.

I have noticed since surgery on the 7th that there truly are all sorts of noises lol. I agree though if its painful contact doctor but I've had the shift like feeling as well

I'm aware of noise coming from my '' gremlin '' but this was completely different. Thank goodness whatever the '' shifting '' was appears to have caused no harm :-)
