banded3-14-13 10 Posted May 23, 2013 Yes....3/14/13...I was 187 when I was banded...I am down to 160 as of today! But, I am working really really really hard. I go to a trainer 2 times a week, try to do cardio for an hour 3 times a week, and try my best to eat healthy...I have cut back on wine, my favorite...and just try to stay away from junk. My BMI was 31 when I got banded....not very high I know...I did it with my mom and we went to Mexico. I am very happy that I did it....despite the hurdles along the way...my mom has also lost 20 pounds :-) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
