kristinc1985 111 Posted May 18, 2013 Hey everyone! I've recently started doing pole fitness as exercise. Thing is, I have basically no upper body strength. And to do this awesomely, I need to build some. I have a gym membership and I lift weights. But I'm looking for something new to try. Any suggestions?
