parisshel 1,892 Posted May 18, 2013 Probably not a great thing to eat chili (pureed, but chili nonetheless) 3 days after my first fill. I never had gas pains post-op, and now I understand what everyone was talking about. 2 brianb and sapcat54 reacted to this

CHEZNOEL 4,061 Posted May 19, 2013 Yep, what I don't get is how many people seem to eat refrained beans... I cannot do them at all. 1 parisshel reacted to this
kristinc1985 111 Posted May 19, 2013 I've never had that issue.... I love refried beans... Tons of protein! I'm sorry you're all gassy. Try some gas x? 1 parisshel reacted to this

Since my first fill I continue to eat a variety of Beans -retried, kidney, cannelloni, whatever- lots of Protein and a great addition for the Fiber. I hope I don't experience what others are describing after my next fill.
