TaraKaye 44 Posted May 18, 2013 I know that several of us visit the chiropractor for adjustments but with losing the weight did you need to go more often? I have had issues with my hip and knee for quiet sometime but since losing weight it seems worse. I've been adjusted twice this week and I'm out again. It's frustrating
TheDuchess 106 Posted May 18, 2013 When I lost weight I found that I was in a lot more pain, especially my hips. When I looked it up online apparently when you gain weight your spine and body adjust, but not when you lose? It advised that for every 25 lbs you should get an adjustment, and I had lost 50! I felt so much better after the adjustment, could finally sleep at night again.

It'sTime 82 Posted May 20, 2013 My 30-year old sister had a stoke approximatrly 30 minutes after a chiropractor "adjusted" her neck. Since then our family tends to stay away from Chiropractors.
