cda97 63 Posted May 16, 2013 I'm on "mushies" and made something actually worth taking a pic of:) 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup Pasta sauce 1//4 cup shredded f/f mozzarella cheese 1-2tbs grated Parmesan Layer first 2 ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Heat for 20-30 seconds. Add mozzarella and heat addition 30 seconds or until cheese is melted. Add Parmesan. I had seen this post about a week ago and saved the recipe as I knew it would be my first foray back towards food after 4 weeks of liquids... it was YUMMY!!!
