rbeasley27 3 Posted May 16, 2013 The last time I post I stated I was 3 weeks pos-opt... well the 14th was actually 3 weeks sorry for the misinformed information. ...well I jus wanted to say my starting weight was 260 then I went on my diet before surgery and I weighted 248 the after my surgery I gain I guess due to the swelling plus the bloating and that put me bck to 258...ugh... but now I'm currently at 246...my band hasn't been filled yet... so now I'm just trying to stick with these diets but its so freaking hard I will b so glad when I get this fill... dnt want this to be all for nothing. Jack 855 Posted May 16, 2013 It was far easier for me to change my notion of 'diet'....and therefore a bit easier to keep on my eating plan to help achieve my goals. 'Focus on where you want to go' and keep moving in that direction. That keeps daily activity and results more manageable IMHO.
