I was banded about 4 months ago and so far went from 308 to 248..... I wanted to know what is the amount of food I should be eating with 4 cc fill....

Please advise

ask your doctor. I track my calories and stay within 800 to 1200 a day...I eat one cup severings leading with protient. you done great looks like you know.
