Inversion Table for Back Pain?

Hi Everyone,

I've had lower back problems for the last few years (2 surgeries last year to repair herniated discs). I've been doing well for a while, but lately it has gone downhill. Has anyone on here ever tried an Inversion Table (they flip you upside down and take pressure off the spine). If so, did it help?

Anne - I have never tried that, but I can tell you with weight loss your back will get much better. :eekB:
