stept04 465 Posted May 13, 2013 Well I'm not banded yet. But I've read walk,walk,walk,and walk some more. Also gas-x may help it seems to help some, others not so much. The gas is in your abdomen not your intestinal track so they say you have to keep moving to work it into your bloodstream and organs to get it out. I'm passed the pain and discomfort stage. Not to be so blunt but, I haven't farted in days or pooped either. And today is the day. These days any gas is heavenly and you don't wanna let up the opportunity. However all those tactics to relieve the gas are great! Take them into consideration for when your day comes.
