DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted May 11, 2013 If it continues, I'd speak to your doctor. It could be Restless Leg Syndrome and they can give you drugs to alleviate it. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
Terry Poperszky 2,784 Posted May 11, 2013 Leg cramps for me have always been a sign of not enough Calcium.< /p> 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
mrsto 2,925 Posted May 11, 2013 I had some issues & went to a naturopath. He did some tests & told me that my body wasn't processing the Calcium properly. He did some adjusting & the problem went away. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this

A New New Dawn 1,695 Posted May 11, 2013 My doctor told me before it could be dehydration or Calcium deficit.. .certainly other reasons too but if you think those may be a concern for you, try to adjust your diet and see if it helps. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this

SueBee01 630 Posted May 12, 2013 I thought it was potassium, that is why we eat bananas after/during tennis matches. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
