sweetpea_2007 29 Posted May 11, 2013 I am almost two weeks post op. I am on mushy foods. I still only want to eat 2 ounces of food right now. Scheduled for first fill June 3rd. Is this common. Has anyone else self with this
mrsto 2,925 Posted May 11, 2013 I ate very little after surgery. You're still very swollen inside, but once that goes down, you should be able to eat a bit more. Your body will definitely tell you when it's ready to increase from 2oz to 4oz & so on. At two weeks post-op, I wouldn't be too concerned. You can always put a call into your doctor's office & ask the question, though. 1 2muchfun reacted to this
DetChatt 188 Posted May 11, 2013 Try to drink as much as you can to help you feel full and bridge those gaps. The time will pass quickly, and you'll move on to a new stage and forget this awful hunger feeling. It really does pass. I promise !!
