cflick 303 Posted May 10, 2013 I went back to tummy sleeping either night 3 or 4 I just had to be careful how I got to that position. ..in other words could just flop around and end up on belly... it was actually most comfortable. .just be careful laying yourself down...good luck

Creekwood 702 Posted May 11, 2013 Three days post op. sleeping on my side is the most uncomfortable feeling ever. When can I go back to laying on my stomach?? I slept on my stomach last night for the first time post op (4th day post op). So I payed two pillows where my stomach and chest would be crawled on my hands and knees into the bed and SLOWLY lowered myself onto the pillows. It was completely comfortable. As for sleeping on my side, I still can't it hurts and is very uncomfortable! It feels like my incisions are stretching and will pop open (I know they won't, but it sure feels like it!). Good luck!!
