tuna to Go cups are my new favorite "take with me" meal. I eat them for Breakfast, lunch or dinner, when I want to change this up...Filling and easy to eat.

Calories: 70

Protein: 15 grams

Me too. This whole week, Ive been eating tuna. Got off a plateu too. YEAH!!
