anyone ever used healthnet before and got approved or denied? denied even after trying to go hernia route.

I'm under my husband's insurance which is health net. I tried to get approved but the employer excludes bariatric surgery/assistance. So we tried going the hernia route and because the band would be during the hernia procedure it was once again denied. Is this something I can appeal or is it an losing battle to begin with?

Thank you for your feedback...I have been trying for years and it just doesnt get easier to get approved.
