gowalking 10,790 Posted May 7, 2013 Saw it this morning on the news. He went to the same Bariatric group at NYU that me and and several others on this site used. Good for him. Only concern is that the media will start a 'weight count' and no one, not even the governor needs that additional pressure. Too bad he couldn't do this off the radar. bandedsinger 20 Posted May 7, 2013 Yup, I also had it done at the same NYU group. I keep wondering when the media will start hounding him for his results. Each individuals pace of weight loss is very different, plus he's over 50, which can be more challenging as well. I know he'll be able to handle the press, but it's always scary when someone in the public eye gets this surgery - they will be scrutinzied down to the last detail.
