2 things I would in the morning. Call your doctor and dietitian. They know everything more than anyone else. Maybe get out your stage 3 or 4 diet and restart from there. Are you exercising at all? Write down or record all your food intake. All these can help you get back to your Green Zone.

I hope I helped some. Good luck with this.

You should fill in your profile so we know more about you? It's difficult to advise with so little to work with? But I agree with Dylan, a nutritionist is worth the dough for anyone at any stage.

We need a bit more information. When was your last fill? Are you regularly checking in with your doctor? Are you exercising, or logging your food?

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling, but 9lbs is nothing you can't bounce back from. You can do it!

Nikki I just got a fill on Friday and also saw my nutritionist and was recommend to go back to my pre-op diet. Replace to meals with Protein Shakes and third meal would be what u regular eat for dinner. For three days out of the week. And step up cardio. Hope that helps!

Here are really nice and most informative post. I am totally agree with you. According to me you should take care of your diet. Make sure that you take low fat and carbs in your diet. Also try to drink green tea. It's boost your metabolism and burn your extra body fat.

Nikki I understand what your going through. I was banded 12/09 and I have lost no weight since December 2012. I just stopped paying attention to what I was eating. Ever since I started participating on this forum and found friends on My Fitness Pal from this forum I'm doing much better. I'm addicted to MFP and can view what everyone else is eating and I get great ideas. Also, everyone else can see what I eat too! You can get back on track and may even need a bit of a fill to get you going. Best of luck and add on MFP "bfigie"!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
