WELL I'M OFFICIALLY BANDED. Surgery went great. Very little pain. Just dealin with the gas. Im up walking every 30minutes & sipping my crystal light. About to try a sugar free popsicle.

I'm dealing with a little gas pain, incision pain as well. BUT, it's no bad at all (for me). I'm so happy for you! Walking helps so much with the gas! I let out a huge belch earlier and it was glorious! Lol I seriously felt a lot of pressure disappear. I'm glad that you are doing well! You are awesome! Keep it up! I've had 3 SF Popsicles so far !

Thank u Creekwood. Im STILL waiting to belch lol. I took a chewable gas x. I may take another one. I Really really wanna belch! We did GREAT today! ♥

keep sipping and then sip some more and then sip again

def keep moving as best you can so move some of that gas out

i promise, as each day that passes, it will get better....and in 6 months

you guys will be on here telling everyone else the same thing
