Does anyone know a recipe that will give me the crispness I want? I've been baking it and topping with bread crumbs but its not the same. Any ideas? donna12 742 Posted May 6, 2013 Gordon's has this Skillet Crisp Tilipia, I like the Garlic and Herb and I put it in a non stick skillet and cook it on med heat until it browns, no oil nothing, and it kind of has this crunch to it and it is great. Hope you try it. 1 DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! reacted to this
parisshel 1,892 Posted May 6, 2013 I bread my fish with crushed and seasoned cornflakes. Drizzle with some oil or spray Pam on them before baking. Yum! Can do with chicken breasts as well. 1 DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! reacted to this

britt140 10 Posted May 6, 2013 Corn starch gets things really crispy, while still being a very thin coating. You might try that.
