Worried about my 1st day back at work tomorrow

I am staying hungry now, tomorrow I go back to work. Still on liquid and soft diet. Thought about taking 2 shakes and some refried Beans to work. Any other suggestions or better ideas??

greek yogurt or cottage cheese? try to get in protein! best of luck!

I ate hummus during the mushies stage, and I still eat it....it's so delicious. I tear up a WW whole wheat wrap and scoop up the hummus with the wrap. No wrap for you yet, but the hummus is yummy all by itself.
