Terry Poperszky 2,784 Posted May 3, 2013 Has anyone done weight watchers few years after weight loss surgery? I'm not having much weight loss success anymore so I wanted to get back on the wagon my husband is going to do it so I was gonna join to is that horrible ? Why horrible? WW has one of the best programs out there for nutritionally balanced eating. Now whether it is compatible with your band is another matter. Besides, having your husband as a partner will make it better for both of you. 2 DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! and ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
Banjo257 920 Posted May 3, 2013 Can't see how trying to improve your health is horrible. I think you are to be commended. No educated person is going to fault weight watchers. It is a successful, safe way to lise weight if followed. Problem for me was a joined probably 10+ times but couldn't last. Good luckto you!!! 2 Terry Poperszky and ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted May 3, 2013 I say do what works for you. Some do Atkins (low carb), some do paleo, some just track calories. Weight Watchers is just another way of eating. If works for you- go for it. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this

razzcatt 2 Posted May 6, 2013 I rejoined Weight Watchers last week too. I seem to be in a holding pattern with my weight loss for awhile now. I still need to lose 28 pounds to be at the top end of what is considered a healthy weight and need to push past this self-imposed stall. 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and ladytru84 reacted to this
