Keep waiting for the bubble to burst as was the case with so many diets in the past , until finally realize this is different...this is surgery....this is for good! Aside from the permanent scars (ischemia) from my heart attack, with everything else I have a Do-Over...a clean slate, new beginning, 2nd chance.
