Mrs_Daily 10 Posted May 1, 2013 Well, as my first week on liquids is coming to an end... I am starting to feel a little nervous because Its been easy with the liquid diet. This Friday I start full liquids, puree vegetables and fruits etc which I believe will go great. But what about when I actually start on solids???? Im terrified I'll mess up or do harm to myself. So for those who have been there and done that... What advice can you give? Did you feel terrified when it came time for solid foods?
catfish87 3,471 Posted May 1, 2013 Seems as though you are off to a great start! Congrats! No need to be nervous...you'll do fine. Start off with some soft "real" foods....preferrably at home or somewhere you have a chance to take it real slow. Chew, chew, chew. Thats one reason why you're not filled to the max to begin with....a learning process. If you have a stuck episode, its not fun, but not the end of the world either....once again, a learning process. I'm going on 4 years and still learning. Enjoy the ride! 4 ☠carolinagirl☠, mama angela, SeaSounders♥ and 1 other reacted to this
