Been a stressful week my uncle passed last week and i didn't take it very well so I end up gaining 3.2lbs I'm @280lbs:(

I'm @275.6lbs down 4+ lbs

But I'm ok with it. Feeling kinda icky and I know I'm retaining Water as ankles are swollen.

Hopefully next week I'll be feeling like myself and some pounds will drop.
