I was banded April 9 2013 and have already lost 15lbs not including the 12lbs I lost pre op. I feel great had my first post op appt. April 26th and doctor said I was doing great with no fills. And said I can start incorporating solid into my diet witch I have and having no problem with the 1/2 cup servings. Staying full for about 3 to 4 hours. So glad I went with the band!!

Good for you!

I am 5 days post band surgery 4/25, am going through the 2 week post surgery liquid diet now. It's challenging, but I am so far so good, 10 pounds down. I am looking forward to the mushies solid food I can have starting 5/9.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
