Good luck and Best wishes. After surgery do your walks, often. SIP the Water. Get your heating pad ready and have someone available to fill your prescription for pain medicines. And DO take yoru pain meds at least for the first 24 hours to help you sleep even if you have NO pain. You have then available to your needs.

Keep in touch after surgery.
