I was banded on 11-26-12 so I'm 5months out staring weight 253lbs pre-op weight 236lbs My weight never seems to move on the scale either. I take my measurements once a month and they have changed My doctor is very happy with my loss each time I see him. I have been down each time. I weigh myself toooooo much and that is very bad. Think positive you weigh less now than one year ago. And one year from now you will be even less than now. I give myself 2 years to get to be a human weight because it took me a lot of years to be fat.
pearlyone 24 Posted May 3, 2013 Me too! So hard when we are working so hard! I workout 2x a day and count everything I eat...grrr! A trainer told me I wasn't eating enough and our body is holding into food because we're stalling our metabolism. Not sure if its true but I'm trying to eat more and see what happens. (Scary!!) 1 leannel90 reacted to this
