briannag 1 Posted April 27, 2013 I was banded March 27 2013. I have lost 10 pounds since then. 3 weeks after my surgery, the nurse told me that my doctor put the large band around my stomach, although he did tell me before surgery that he was going to definetly put the small one because my bmi was only 31. Weighing 167 pounds. Going back to what the nurse was telling me, she also told me he did put some cc's but couldnt confirm how much it was. 2 weeks later which was my monthly check up, I told the nurse that I feel like was in the yellow zone. There was also confusion, a nurse told me that my doctor did put a small band with 7 cc in it! She adjusted my band and put .5 cc and I feel like there is no different. She was surprised I could swallow. But for some reason when I left was upset that my doctos and two different nurses told me two different things. I still feel like Im in the yellow zone. What should I do? My next appointment is May 6.
CanCan1791 57 Posted April 27, 2013 Read your chart. Next time you go in ask the nurse to give you your chart. That should tell you exactly what you want to know. FYI, I always read every medical chart for myself and my children. 3 ☠carolinagirl☠, TEAM SASHA PINK and DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! reacted to this
