I like popcorn and chips but I'm holding out for nutrition...LOVE LOVE LOVE baked Kale chips. Tear fresh kale into large pieces (no stems), put on a cookie sheet, spray with oil, sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350 for approx 20 min. They turn out light and crispy and melt in your mouth. The after taste reminds me of potato chips.

Better for you than popcorn!! Yum

Is popcorn safe to eat, I have had some bad experience with food and I am afraid to try the one in the bags, by Smartfoods.

Since you are in the low carb section I will assume you care about carbs. Popcorn is a definite no. Anything with corn is full of carbs and sugar. Nothing good about any kind of corn except the flavor. :)

I have seen a seaweed snack that is very similar to that. Very tasty! I need to try the kale chips for sure.
