I use MFP, and under nutrients it shows me in grams. Which screen are you looking at?

i was told by doctor 60-80. you should really be getting this info from your doctor or nutritionist.

just figured it out on MFP if you go into your home page and click on the track food it will break foods on your daily dairy into Protein, sodium, carbs, etc. then you can see how many you have had per day. Cannt seem to see this on my phone but when I went onto my computer extra options there. Hope that helps!

just remember people who have undergone WLS are different birds altogether....and things like MFP and some diets, theories, do not always specifically relate to us....need to speak to your Dr.

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
