Wgbem 138 Posted April 25, 2013 I am not a year yet but I had my surgery in September last year. I am thankful that I have been able to make, at the very least, a wonderful lifestyle change. I always use my immediate preop weight but I was looking at some old MD papers and saw I was even 20lbs more than my preop weight. I am so thankful not only to be free of those pounds but to not have gained it back. I want at least 100lbs but I thank God for where I am. 1 Anume 937 reacted to this
lassie 247 Posted April 25, 2013 I also thought I would at goal by now it has been 11 months since my surgery. I am so happy that I got my band and very grateful to have lost what I have. Forty five pounds is way better than zero. Maybe you need a jump start to get you going, there was a jump start procedure on here a few months ago, I think Missy put it on this forum. Hugs to you and keep your chin up. ( in my country we would say keep your pecker up ) Pecker is your chin. But I better not say that here LOL 1 KayMcRob reacted to this
