BigRush 1 Posted May 4, 2013 Wow, that is awesome! I lost about 20 pounds on the preop diet then nothing. I had a newborn and lost focus and gained the 20 back. Erica313 15 Posted May 5, 2013 I walk 30-40 about 6 days a week and I try to keep my calories around 1200/ day. I am hoping to up my workouts and hopefully do better over the summer when I have more time. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
