yes ma'am, I had synvisc shots. no good. I had steroid shots...only helped for a few days. I tore the miniscus in both knees, had arthroscopic surgery on both knees....the right knee is shot. I just got back from the pool. It's the only place I can exercise. I know that replacement is likely the outcome...I was just hoping to be in less pain as the weight came off. Again...I have a ways to go so maybe as more weight comes off, it will get better. thanks for letting me know your history. makes me feel not so alone.

Nope, love my band. Don't like PB'ing or getting stuck, but the easy way to avoid that is follow the rules.

I've seen people use the term PB or PBing, but can someone please explain what that means?

Mobility: sacroiliac dysfunction and spinal stenosis at L4-L5. I've been on disability since 2/07.

Any surgery for stenosis? Curious because my husband is still working full time 2 years post op. L4/5 and some disk issues. Stenosis was so bad he was almost in a wheel chair.

PBing is where you either get stuck or eat too fast and the food backs up into the esophagus, which as my Dr. calls it is the"No loitering zone", so it comes back up. It isn't violent like vomiting and there are no stomach contractions.
