eggs whites on pre~op diet? I was told Soup, even if it has the meat bc it's after banding- so I was thinking egg whites? It has a lot of Protein ?

I am confused....are you pre-op or post op? If pre-op egg whites are fine. If post-op and on mushy food egg whites are fine.

I'm on day 4 of pre-op, surgery is on may 1st- do you know how many i can have? I had one, can it be consider a snack or meal?
