Soooo excited and nervous , started cut things small and practice chew chew chewing everything, I was never a fast eater but this brings new meaning to slow lol . Now to come off the Diet Pepsi ugh that should be fun :-/

You can do it!!! Focus on your end goal. Cutting out carbonation was almost as hard as quitting smoking for me.

That is going to be the hardest part for me, learning how to eat slowly. I am forever in a rush. That and giving up club soda. I'm not a soda drinker because I don't like the sweet syrupy taste. But I love the bubbles. :-(

That's the issue I have with pop the bubbles, but I figure it takes about two weeks to come off pop I replace with Water which iOS what I need to be drinking anyway
