Iziksmom 0 Posted May 30, 2006 I think my mind is gone for good too because I forgot to post last week (and maybe week before too). I turned 40 on May 4th and I think I've lost my mind! Anyway, here are my numbers as of the next to last day in May: C 232.5 (-42 lbs total, -1.0 this last week) I went to the doc today and he asked me if I needed a fill. Well, I couldn't decide. I felt good about where I was but then again, I was afraid I'd get in a rut. I only lost 2 lbs. the last 3 weeks total and the doc was happy, but I guess I really wasn't. So, he adjusted somewhat but don't really know how much he put in. I hope I didn't make a bad decision. Does anyone out there think that 2 lbs. in 3 weeks is a little slow (given that I've been exercising and eating right)?? Oh, on the tanita, my fat mass dropped 13.5% from the last reading but my free form mass went up 1 lb. Doesn't that mean that I'm not losing muscle but building muscle? My BMI went down 2.1% too so I know that's good. If anyone has a clue on the free form mass thing, I'd like to hear from ya! Thanks!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Of course, maybe I will bust my plateau at weigh in tomorrow. I haven't been able to eat/drink much today. I PB'ed this morning and am having trouble even drinking hot tea.
