I did see 197 on the scale yesterday but I attribute that to not eating much of anything for 3 days prior.

Glad you all like the new avatar. That was from last Sunday's bbq - the one that made me depressed when I saw the pics. I figured I'd just take the bull by the horns and post the stupid thing so I can go on and get over it. I have THE worst double, no... quadruple chin of anyone Ive ever seen. Its so ugly! Back to the neck exercises!!

I cant wait until my eyes start opening up again. I see such a huge difference in people's eyes as they lose weight. This first 63 pounds was just testing the waters. Now it's time to really see a difference and get the next 100 pounds +/- off. Right?!

I wanna say "Nicole Kidman" I've seen alot of star's today in our fellow lapbandsters. I saw Wonderwoman/Linda Carter, Michelle Pfeiffer, America's Next Top Model and now Nicole Kidman. Interesting.....
