I found this recipe on line and its a delicious substitute: 6 oz brewed chai tea (is available in decaf) 6 oz low fat milk (or vanilla soy/almond milk) 6ice cubes Dash of cinnamon Dash of nutmeg 1 scoop vanilla Protein 30 g of protein!! The group has really started to become much more interactive and fun!! One member is starting a recipe game.
